Different By Design is the creation and establishment of sisters Jackie and Mitzi Foster who share a love of art and design.
Different By Design began as a hobby of decoupaging household items and refurbishing furniture pieces. Through the extraordinary talents and visionary of these two sisters, they have now established a collection of exquisite works in a variety of art medium.
The Different By Design art collection is defined by and consists of eclectic patterns and bold colors of abstract and ethnic designs, rather than traditional flower and fruit prints with traditional borders. The Different By Design collection includes such items as decoupaged tables, chairs, rocking horses, bread boxes, potato bins, stools, as well as various other unique furniture pieces.
The Different By Design art collection has also expanded to expressive collage art on board, canvas and paper, accessory racks and decorative tote bags.
