The "Sheboygan Jaycees present Johnsonville Brat Days" is the traditional king of Sheboygan's summer festivals which benefit local charities. This annual event began in 1953 and pays homage to a grand culinary tradition - the bratwurst.Sample the bratwurst in many nontraditional ways... brat taco, brat pizza, brat egg rolls, brat jambalaya, corndog brats and of course the traditional double brat. A variety of free entertainment with national entertainment on the main stage. Saturday features activities that are fun for the whole family including a huge parade, the brat eating contest, a petting zoo, and carnival rides.
