ChicaDesigns makes predominantly jewelry (earrings, bracelets and necklaces) from an old style of Russian bead weaving. Tiny seed beads are strung onto a needle and thread to create stunning little pieces of art. We have also done accessories, like a belt and household decorative items.
ChicaDesigns began selling as a vendor at shows almost 10 years ago. After a four year hiatus while learning new skills, designs and beginning to design myself, ChicaDesigns is now back new and highly improved to doing art shows.
The book "Contemporary Geometric Beadwork" by Kate McKinnon includes two cuff bracelets designed by myself.
