Shooting Star Productions is a full service artist management, audio, video, photography and production company. We also do graphics, CD and DVD creation, duplication and packaging onsite. Our offices are conveniently located in Brooklyn Park, Maryland within minutes of Rt's 97,100, 695 and 10. We also have a fully back lined rehearsal studio on the premises. We offer plenty of parking on our video monitored parking lot and can accommodate artists who have late night schedules.
Shooting Star Studios started in business in 1987 primarily as a photography business shooting album covers and promos for the labels. After providing photography services for labels such as Epic, Arista and RCA working with artists like Heavy D', Chris Cross and the Cover Girls, we moved into artist management. Our first group was the (now retired) Fabulous Realistics, Joe Herndon, an original founding member of the Fabulous Realistics is currently the bass singer with Otis William's Temptations
We currently manage and or book some of the very best independent, local, regional and national artists available today.
Our artists include, Dean Crawford & the Dunn's River Band, Dallas White, David Bach, Teri-S, Matt Marshak and Joe Herndon of (THE Temptations), to name a few
In 2007 we expanded into concert and event productions. We do everything but food, tables and chairs (but we know where to go to get them)
