Artists and Craftsmen may submit this application with three examples of your work by mail, or you may go to http://www.shorelineunitarian.org/get-involved/arts-and-crafts/ and apply online, submit your jpgs, and pay by PayPal.  Notification of your acceptance will be emailed to you.  Your fee will be returned if you are not accepted this year.
