Skipper's Ice Cream Parlor is located in Historical Olde Towne of Idaho Springs, Co. At Skipper's you will find full-service, Old Fashioned Ice Cream and Fountain Treats using Liks premium Colorado handmade Ice Cream. Also, a new addition to the parlor is Gelato, Italian Ice Cream made daily by the owner, Jim Hawkins. Offering over 35 flavors and continuing to add new ones.
