We are a family business that specialize in fresh NC Pulled Pork, Ribs and Chicken.  We try to bring something a little different in our pork.  We inject and marinate each butt for 24 hours berore it goes on the smoker,this adds a really unique flavor and tenderness to the meat.  We are available for catering events and festivals.
