Smoke Wranglers is a barbecue trailer/truck that smokes brisket, sausage, turkey legs, roasted corn. Even our coleslaw is smoked! We are a family owned food trailer. Our delicious homemade sauce is unique and spicy.
We have participated in the Crawfish festival for the last ten years, so you've probably sampled our tasty food. Think barbecue with hint of cajun flare.
