Smoking F Tacos is a 100% Gluten-Free, celiac(wife) owned and operated food trailer/truck. I met the man, that is now, my husband in 2020. Upon meeting, he had no idea (and soon found out most don't) the daily challenges I faced being celiac. As we continued dating he chose to learn how to cook safely for me as a celiac. In that process, I was introduced to several new foods that he grew up on and I learned what a great cook he is. Through our love of food, we spent many hours in the kitchen eating and enjoying each others' company. Prior to our marriage, a misfortunate situation afforded us an opportunity to pursue our mutual love of food and Smoking F Tacos was born! While working through the tedious birth of our taco trailer we chose to expand our offerings to get our name out to the public. We chose to include gluten-free baked goods which we light-heartedly named Smoking F Goodies and sold at our local farmer's market and can sell online, eventually.
