We visit events with a Professional Soccer Dog Team called the Soccer Collies that play a Dog Soccer Game where rescued soccer-playing Border Collies take on all humans and put a smile on every face!
Spectators become participants when the crowd forms a circle around a very soft-ball and the highly skilled Soccer Collies. When the dogs push the ball out of the circle the dogs have scored a goal. The dogs score a lot of goals which brings a lot of smiles and laughter.
Participants score by "heading" the ball to the ground before the dogs touch it, making Dog Soccer Games a very competitive team-building sport because the dogs always win. It's a Humans vs Canines competition but everyone wins as the human-canine bond blossoms through shared joy.
The dog soccer field is typically a 30-foot diameter circle or it can be made smaller and it's a perfect place to have a sponsors logo as all eyes are on the field during Dog Soccer Games.
