Naomi E Soldon is a partner at the law firm, Soldon McCoy, and has a lot of trial and appellate court experience in labor and employment law. She has been admitted to the United States Supreme Court, the United States Courts of Appeals for the Sixth and Seventh Circuits, the District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin and Michigan, and the State Bar of Wisconsin. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1990.
Naomi is currently a lawyer working on representing labor-management trusts. She also regularly practices with third parties to obtain reimbursement for large claims, drafts plan documents and summary plan descriptions, reviews documents for compliance with ever-changing laws and regulations, and is often in court handling a wide range of complex ERISA litigation.
Naomi has worked on a variety of labour and employee benefit legal problems, including labour law, contract drafting, and litigation. She has also handled a variety of other employment law matters, including contract interpretation, collective bargaining agreement negotiation, and court battles, including plant closures, family leave regulations, and employer discrimination.
Naomi has a large quantity of labour law knowledge and expertise. She is also Martindale-Hubbell's highest-ranking (excellent to preeminent legal skills and ethics) arbitrator, in addition to her vast legal experience and knowledge. Naomi has also been a contributing author to How Arbitration Works and has reviewed and edited numerous articles for the Wisconsin Lawyer magazine.
