The Spindale Dairy Goat Festival Team is a small group of people, established in 2009 to make a positive difference in our community. We built a very successful Festival around Dairy Goats and Goats in general. We raised money for Heifer International and through those efforts, 11 dairy goats could be sent to families around the world for food and income. Our motto is, Think Global. Act local. Make a difference. The festival consists of an ADGA Dairy Goat Show, Live Music, Live Outdoor Theater, Vendors featuring mostly U.S. Made goods and our Main Street Goat Parade. Our first Festival drew between 4-5,000 guests.
