The Palm Beaches Student Showcase of Films (SSOF) is the cornerstone of the FTC's education outreach. This unique program is specifically designed to honor and elevate the talent found within Florida's award-winning educational system, with a goal of strengthening the workforce in The Palm Beaches and throughout the state. The SSOF is a thriving partnership between the Palm Beach County Board of County Commissioners, the Palm Beach County Department of Housing & Economic Sustainability, and the Palm Beach County Film & Television Commission, and has awarded over $4.6 million dollars in cash, prizes and scholarships during its lifetime.
