Felting, beadwork, clay, crotcheting and other handicrafts are applied to reycled clothing items to create unique and stunning fashion statements. In addition to upcycling wool jackets, I have created a character called an ol' Bippie, a combination of "hippie" and "old bitty". I create tie dye panels with a Bippie figure on them, then attach these to recyled denim jackets. New products are being developed to include a logo of her on handbags and tee shirts.
