I Have Found My Passion...
Recently I made the decision to dedicate more time for myself to be creative. I have discovered that it is unhealthy to ignore your creative self, and that to allow your creative self the freedom to manifest itself in whatever direction it is drawn to, enables all other areas of your life to effortlessly co-exist.
There is no logical, straightforward path that led me to designing and creating sterling silver jewelry, but when you give permission to the universe to guide you, defining moments have a tendency to shape your life into something you never expected.
My defining moment came in January of 2010, when I followed a link and a whole new world opened up. Here before me were hundreds of thousands of artisans showcasing and selling their art. A spark went off in my brain and Sunflower Designz was born.
It has been six short months, but in that time my art has evolved from beaded jewelry such as beaded earrings, necklaces, and bracelets, to jewelry using sterling and fine silver.
I have finally found my passion, or perhaps, my passion found me.
