Sunset Pines Vegetable Farm, Hugo, MN

Sunset Pines Vegetable Farm is a new family owned farm from northern MN! We grow natural, non-GMO produce which we plan to incorporate with our new mobile kitchen. Sunset Pines Food Shack will have a very flexible menu depending on what the event calls for. This is just a small example of what we will be able to provide!

• Roast Beef Sandwiches with Caramelized Onions and Horseradish Mayo
• Caramelized Onion and Kale Grilled Cheese
• Chicken Salad Sandwiches
• Green Bean and Zucchini Fries
• Kale Chips
• Sweet Potato and Beet Chips
• Loaded Nachos made with Sweet Potato and Beet Chips
• Garlic Dip
• Spinach Dip with Herbs
• Bacon Dip
• All dips will be served with sweet potato and beet chips, vegetable fries, or beer bread.

Because this is our first year in our new mobile food kitchen we are looking for every opportunity available to get into a variety of festivals.
