I was born into a family of very skilled and professional artists. At the age of 5 I started a full time apprenticeship with my great uncle and my mother. I learned many different types and medias of art. I learned how to create brushes, make paints, and mix colours. I learned about light and shadow and portriat drawing. I have won many school awards for art projects i have done throughout my childhood. In Junior I was creating many large sized murals for the school to display. In High School I continued my art by freelancing portrait drawings, by the time I was 17 I was creating custom tattoo design for a tattoo shop in Tooele. I shortly after started an full time apprenticeship there where I continued learning new methods and ways to create art. I took some years off to travel I went to mexico frequently and studied art and tattoo design there. I then went to San Fransisco where I met many friends that shared my passion for art I have helped in studios and studied with Photographer Susanna Lucia Lamaina. I came back to utah and completed my degree in Graphic Design. My work is very personal and meaningful to myself and others who view it. I am currently illustrating a book as well and creating beautfil works for local galleries and festivals in Salt Lake City.
