Sweet Dream Baskets is led by Deniz Aygün Benba, an interdisciplinary artist whose creative journey spans painting, performance art, and cultural management across Istanbul, Vienna, New York, and Tokyo.
Her artistic practice has always been connected to human emotion, material expression, and community collaboration. During her exploration of sustainable craft materials, she discovered recycled t-shirt yarn and began experimenting with crochet techniques as a design language.
