We are a food trailer that specializes in a Hungarian pastry called a Chimney Cake. We bake our product from scratch on site and what comes out is a hot, sweet yeast dough that's soft on the inside and crispy on the outside, and covered in a caramelized sugar. This pastry can be filled with hot apple pie and whipped cream, ice cream and hot fudge, or our famous Chimnoli, which is filled with NY style cannoli cream. Or just fill it with Nutella or chocolate! We also make a savory version basted with a garlic butter rosemary baste, and inside a hot dog or pulled pork. Delicious!!!
