I'm an entrepreneur of the new bubble cakes & waffle cakes they are not deep fried. The bubble cakes fit an 8 inch paper plate, they have 30 connected bubbles they are served in choice flavors of chocolate, blueberry, or strawberry. then they are topped with powdered sugar and drizzled with the same flavor syrup as the cake. the waffle cakes are shaped like a corn dog with the waffle texture on the exterior and the flavor choices are chocolate devils food cake, carrot cake, or red velvet cake then are topped with cream cheese icing.This is my new creation for the festival industry and I've gotten all positive feedback on sales I've made.
