Our life has been spent work wise in Alaska in the commercial fishing industry. Years of enjoying the seafood we work to catch in the beautiful surroundings of Alaska.
We have cooked together for a few decades now. It's fun, entertaining and slightly competitive to see which one of us has the most inspiration and vision to create something tasty and new. But what to offer in our mobile kitchen? This was the easy part. Since we can both boast years of commercial fishing in the far north of Alaska, wild caught salmon and seafood was the obvious choice. Between the two of us, we have decades of time commercial fishing in Alaska and other international ports, as well as cooking for crews on fishing boats, set net sights and restaurants.
So it's obvious that travel and tasty food go hand in hand for us. And frankly, when we're on the road, if we are not mesmerized by the food, we are soon to be out of there. So it was an easy leap to begin a build out of a mobile food truck, as our next great adventure to explore.
