Embracing the Earth Pottery and Glass is a kiln studio specializing in all things fired.

My wheel thrown pottery is as unique as it is functional.  Most of my pieces are thrown using a blend of white and terra cotta clays, which creates a beautiful, richly marbled finished product that, after glaze firing, is fully functional. 

My glass goes through two firings.  First is a fuse firing, then a shaped firing, either through slumping or draping.  These pieces look great on any table and are dishwasher safe.

For the holidays, I have a few ceramic molds that I pour and can finish according to the customer's tastes.  Santa's Hot Tub is popular for Christmas, and skulls and skeletons are popular for Hallowe'en.
