I have been creating artwork for over 40 years. My mediums are colored pencils, pan pastels and pastel pencils. I have created and published coloring books, greeting cards and prints of my original artwork. My coloring books are both detailed for adults and simplified for children. In addition, they are also educational as each book includes descriptions of my images and image-related children's activities.
I started creating coloring books in 2020, during the Covid-19, when we were required to stay home. My husband was laid off work for a few months and suggested I use my artwork in creating coloring books. We work with a technical advisor who formats my art into the coloring books for publishing. We have had my coloring books placed in the Eugene and Bridgeport Barnes & Noble Book Stores. I have also participated in several Artist's/Author's presentations at the bookstores. My coloring books are presented on Amazon and I have a website and facebook page and a storefront on Redbubble with my images printed on various products. I have been a vendor at the Eugene Downtown Market and am currently a vendor at the Bull Mountain Farmer's Market in Tigard, Oregon.
I am a retired paralegal, married and have three grown children and 13 grandchildren.
