Texas Trails BBQ was founded in 2010 and is a family owned and operated business serving BBQ lovers everywhere, by participating in city, county, festival, and shows across the state. Our main goal is to provide a quality product with the best flavor possible which we achieve by cooking our meats LOW and SLOW, the traditional way smoking with oak, hickory, or pecan woods, and we serve only USDA rated PRIME, meats and poultry. We offer catering services to all types of parties, special events, and businesses; large or small. Our equipment is completely mobile with a 20' custom built smoker and a 20' custom built mobile kitchen and concession trailer.
