The Bayou Hut is a Seattle based mobile concession business that provides authentic Louisiana sandwiches and accompanying Cajun and soul food side dishes and desserts at local events, fairs and festivals. The business operates solely in a mobile capacity from a fully equipped 8' x 20' concession trailer that can be unhitched and sit for a while.
