The third annual Gathering at French Creek will be held on July 11 - 13, 2008, on the grounds of the Union City Area School District. The scheduled activities will include live entertainment, re-enactors and living historians from the Civil War and French and Indian War era, a craft fair some vendors will be demonstrating their workmanship during the festival, food vendors, a children’s craft and games area, and a huge fireworks. Another favorite returning this year is the Historical Trolley Tours on the EMTA old fashion trolley.
