The King of Mars (TKOM) is a Chicago-based band that has a history in touring around the Midwest, East Coast and some southern cities. We have built up a fan base since forming and are looking to develop and expand what we have started. During quarantine, the band focused on writing and recording and released three new amazing singles that followed their positively reviewed EP, Bleach and Aspirin. We are excited to continue growing our fan base and get back on stage after being stuck inside during the pandemic!

The King of Mars has evolved from a four-piece rock band into a larger group with synths, and the occasional horn section. Their sound shakes the foundation of traditional rock music by encompassing Jazz, Funk, and Soul musicality alongside insightful lyricism. Although their preferred set consists of original music, they have an extensive cover set list that is available when appropriate for the venue.
