Based out of NashvilleTN, The Nick Matthews Band is a high energy, hard-driving band that brings their own sound and style to traditional and contemporary blues/rock music and are known for their energetic live shows. They owe their ever expanding fan base to playing 180 + dates a year playing shows at State Fairs, Concerts, Biker Events, Clubs, Festivals, Corporate Events, and opening for several nationally known recording artists.
They won the 2010 IMN Impact Artist of the Year Award, and were nominated for the 2012 IBMA Group Of The Year Award. Their latest release, “Lay Around The Shanty”, debuted at #11 on the IMN charts and “Cool Guitar” was #4 on the Indie Mainstream Charts.
