I started this business after Hurricane Katrina left me without a job or much of anything else. It has grown from just earrings at first to some necklaces, to everything I'm doing now. I am just now getting back into it after being away from it during the selling of our house up north and our moving to the warm south. Over the years, I have learned wire wrapping, soldering, a smattering of welding, smelting metals for molds, the joys of a good resin pour, etching with a Dremmel tool, molding with resin, sanding, painting, staining, polyurethane, and creating copper walking sticks using unusual things as handles and decorations. I have now added a 3D printer to the list as a way of making different vessels for the resin.
