The Whaling City Festival is a 501(c)(3) company that fir 50 years has ran an annual Festival/Carnival and has a huge following and an Event traveled every year by 80,000 plus Patrons. Our mission is to raise money to donate to local Veteran and Homeless Charities as well as High School Scholarships.
