Our kitchen is located in LaGrande, Oregon and we handcraft blends of Balsamic vinegar,vinaigrettes and marinades from an aromatic, aged type vinegar traditionally crafted in the Modena and Reggio Emilia provinces of Italy from the concentrated juice of white grapes (typically of the Trebbiano variety).
