We cook Elk,red deer and fallow dear. We also have hamburgers,french fries,hot dogs. We also sell PhillyRap's with steak- elk,chicken,buffalo and cow. Fresh fruit juices made by hand on site. We cook on all NSF restaurant equipment under a 10 by 20 tent.
