Tootsies Concessions was created in 2024 as a spin-off of the family business, Poppy's KettleKorn (since 1996). Our aim? We wanted something affordable for families with children, young and old. We decided grilled cheese, walking tacos and a combination of the two (Taco Melt Sandwich) would be enjoyed by all. We hope you like our additional options.
