The Stratford Center Arts Festival, sponsored by Stratford's Economic Development and Arts Commissions as well as Milford Bank, will take place on October 2nd in the Center and the Colonial Square Parking Lot. The show is not juried, but local vendors will not be allowed to resell crafts of jewelry -- all art sold at the show must be original and hand-made.
