With over 20+ years in the pizza and foodservice industry, we decided to branch out into the food truck scene. “Traveling Tomato Wood-Fired Pizza” serves traditional Neapolitan style pizza. We use the finest ingredients from San Marzano tomatoes, homemade fresh mozzarella, and Caputo flour to make the perfect pizza.
