All of our food is prepared and cooked fresh, seasoned from the finest ingredients. We season our meats with real spices and don’t use prepared seasoned meats. We pride ourselves on offering great tasting food. Using only low fat Sirloin steak and Chicken, Rice seasoned with Cilantro and Lime, 3 Cheeses, Black Beans, Sour Cream, Medium Heat Salsa and Jalapenos if you want for a little Extra Spice!
Our trailer is an 8’ by 12’ Haulmark trailer requiring 220 volt power supply and water to operate. In the rare occasion your event is unable to supply these utilities we are equipped to bring our own 100 gallon potable water tank with pump and electric generator.
Family Catering and Concessions is fully licensed and insured with a $500,000 dollar policy.
