My name is Trish Phillips and I live in Hot Springs, Arkansas. My homestead of five acres is nestled in between Hot Springs National Park and the wilderness of Ouachita National Forest, which is where I start my day off by planning my events that will take me away from home. What started as a part-time job has now turned into a full-time job. I focus on keeping a clean concession trailer and selling food that makes people come back for more.
