Slow smoked meat and delicious side dishes for your next event or family gathering. We do the standard brisket, pulled pork and ribs. In addition we can go more upscale and do tri-tip or prime rib. Chicken? No problem. Salmon? Sure. If it can be smoked, we'll do it.
