I am a Junior Art Education major at Union Univsersity. My emphasis is in ceramics. I use my art to express myself and to show my feelings. Clay gives me this opportunity and allows me to be expressive in multiple ways. Right now I am in my third semester of learning the skills of throwing. I am using porcelain and now am experimenting with underglazes. My work is very different, but has a very fun and enjoyable feel to it. I enjoy throwing and creating works that are relational to those around it. A cup is more than just something you drink out of, but is also the greatest last art object.
