There will be Roving Performers with International, National, Regional and Local talent. The entertainment will be Bluegrass, Blues, Children's, DJ/Dance/Techno, Ethnic, Jam, Jazz, Rock, Variety and World, and there will be other activities like over 100 events during the 10 days of vernon winter carnival.
