Singer, Songwriter, Producer. These are just some of the things this man has done on his journey that spans over 20 years in the music industry!!!!

Born in the mid 70’s, in Brooklyn, NY to Jamaican parents Icoll & Viola Gallimore, at the tender age of 6, young Warren was performing covers of groups such as The Jackson 5, New Edition, 5 Star, and The Jets just to name a few. All while studying the greats in music such as Marvin Gaye, Al Green, Otis Redding, Bob Marley, Dennis Brown, The Temptations, Gregory Isaacs, and Freddie McGregor. In the early 80’s, Warren’s parents moved him and his sister to Saint Albans, Queens, New York. Within that same neighborhood lived Run-DMC, LL Cool J, A Tribe Called Quest, and the great hip hop mogul Russell Simmons, and much more. Warren was always surrounded by musical influences. In the late 80’s he started developing himself as a songwriter at the age of 12. Even though R&B was a major part of his development, reggae was also his love. He started going around to studios in New York City at that time with his mother and manager. He graduated from Julia Richman H.S. studying music theory in the prestigious Talent Unlimited program in 1992. In 1993, he and his mother started Survival Crew Records (The first single produced on Survival Crew was a reggae single by the name of “Harder To Say Goodbye” sung by Warren, and reggae DJ Pablo G.). New to the industry, they went through many lessons learning about the business of music. He has been interviewed by some of the greats in reggae journalism such as Earl Chin of Rockers TV, among others. At the age of 18, Warren started working for the Film and Television industry as a production assistant, working on many major projects including the first 5 Spike Lee pictures, Above The Rim, Law & Order, Eraser, First Wives Club, as well as many commercials and music videos around the Tri State area. He also did radio for over a year as a disc jockey with his partners DJ. Strong A.R.M (Strong A.R.M. was also a hip hop artist under Survival Crew) and multi platinum producer Easy Mo Bee on a show named “The Musical Express” on 105.9 F.M. (WNWK) in New York City (His show was opposite to the great reggae radio personality Gil Bailey who was a mentor to Warren). Also under Survival Crew, Warren worked with a reggae artist by the name of Chunky Bailey, R&B artist Carter T, international hip hop artist Cee-Rock “The Fury”, and his production partner Malcolm Julian. At the age of 21, Warren started his journey doing street promotions with Loud, Relativity, and Priority Records, as well as working on marketing projects for Lightyear Entertainment/WEA. He worked on many major tours such as the No Way Out, Hard Knock Life, Cash Money/Ruff Ryder, and the No Limit Tour. Now an Atlanta native, he continues his journey as a singer/songwriter with over 50 songs written in his catalog. Warren has finally made a conscious decision to go full force in his reggae music career, with a maxi single from the upcoming album “I Shall Be Released”. Let us see where else Warren’s journey in music will take him!!!!
