Offering hand painted window curtains, which includes valances in copyrighted designs and matching tiers in custom ordered lengths. I cut, sew, design and paint each window curtain myself. The fabric is a poly/cotton blend US made fabric, and all my 65 designed valances are machine wash and dry. They are 72" wide with a 17" drop and will fit a window from 30" to 48" width nicely.
