Basically just tired of the Brick and Mortar rat race and ventured out to where I can control my events and not be overworked. My passion is bringing quality Food to the people and a reasonable price Everything is my own recipe and I personally smoke and BBQ everything, The Smoked Corn Beef Rueben's are so moist and delicious.
