West Coast Artists, founded by Ronda Mills, has produced over 400 art festivals since 1983. These festivals include artists selling their original artwork to the local community at free, cultural, community events. West Coast Artists, fonded by Ronda Mills, works closely with WCA Arts Foundation c(3), a non-profit arts-related company.
