West Park Cultural Center along with Fairmount Park Conservancy and Mural Arts Philadelphia present the annual West Park Arts Fest located on South Concourse Drive in West Fairmount Park. We are a community based nonprofit organization that also offers out-of-school time arts programming for children and youth afterschool, on Saturdays and four weeks in the summer. "Arts for Literacy" is offered during the school day in English classrooms.
