How We Make Our Fresh Kettle Corn
We start with a large stainless steel kettle heated over a burner. Each batch begins with corn kernels, pure cane sugar, and just the right amount of oil. As the kernels heat up, we stir constantly—coating every piece with a perfect balance of sweetness and crunch. Once the popping slows, the kettle corn is poured onto a cooling table and gently sifted to remove small pieces.
After cooling, the kettle corn is scooped into fresh, food-safe bags. Each bag is sealed to lock in the flavor and labeled for quick and easy sales at street fairs and events. Every batch is made on-site, ensuring customers get warm, crisp, freshly popped kettle corn all day long.
