It is with great pride that we proudly present this annual event in “Horse Town U.S.A.” over Labor day weekend. Nestled below the base of Norco Hills located at 3737 Sixth Street is the city's premier equestrian center known as the George Ingalls Equestrian Event Center and home of the Norco Fair. This event is organized by a Non-Profit organization and is staffed entirely by local volunteers for over 6 years. This year's theme is “Cowboy Boots and Country Roots”. Last year we had over 12,000 fair goers in attendance.
