About

Yvonne's Crafting Hobby, Selma, NC

I do not have a business or company. I am a retired educator who enjoys crafting for fun, gift giving and sharing with others at holiday bazaars. I have not had the pleasure of presenting at a holiday fair since before COVID, so I am looking forward to being at Garner Magnet High. My focus for this year is repurposed terra cotta clay pots arranged into adorable toy soldiers decorated into a holiday theme. The terra cotta clay pots are 3.5", 2.5", 2.0" and 1.5" diameter in their open tops. Each is an individual soldier as no two are alike. They come in four height finished sizes 17.5", 13.5", 8.5", and 7.5" (feathered hats may add a bit more height).  They are priced $25 and under.
I actually do not make any profit as I have a very large store-bought inventory of paints, ribbons, gems, beads, feathers, pompoms, etc. to decorate my creations with, and I am always adding to it. This year, I additionally purchased the terra cotta clay pots.  I enjoy seeing bazaar shoppers smile during their selection-making, and getting a good deal along with now having a new idea for crafting for themselves. Crafting is inspirational!
