I specialize in making butcher block islands, from vintage used oak lumber, that is 50 to 100 years old. The quality of the wood can't be found in todays new lumber, plus the look (nail holes, knots, & etc.) can't be duplicated. My items are made from 100% reclaimed/recycled wood which makes them very green and eco-friendly. I also make farm/harvest tables out of the above mentioned wood plus an occasional butcher block out of new cherry and walnut from storm damaged trees.
