We are Buck & Vi of " Buck & Vi's" A food concession vendor; We pride ourselves on quality food at a reasonable price, clean, honest,friendly & dependable.We are doing this because it's what we've wanted to do for many years and now have a chance to do so.We are a full mobile kitchen with all proper licenses and health and fire inspection certificates, We are certified food managers and can accomadate anything from steak to hot dogs ! we also do catering.our menu features but is not limited to: hamburgers,grilled natural casing hot dogs in a grilled new england style bun, philly cheese steak, sausage w/ peppers and onions, fish taco with a fiery salsa,& slaw,french fries, onion rings, funnel cake w/ sugar ,fruit, and whipped cream, home made whoopie pies,brownies and creme cup.
